Midgar Exploration
Who: Seifer, Sephiroth (KH)
What: Looking for magic in Midgar
Where: Midgar
Warning: possible violence
Seifer had made his way to the edge of Midgar's ruins at the time the two of them had decided on, not especially worried about being anything but on time. If Sephiroth had decided to show up early that was on him. He'd managed to get ahold of a few potions and drew a couple wind spells off of some odd birds that had flown overhead.
It wasn't much but it was enough to have something besides Hyperion on his hip and the reassuring presence of a Guardian Force in his mind. He'd managed to find someone to repair his coat, the stitching wasn't too obvious though it was present nonetheless.
The walk had been a good warm-up for what was likely to be some possibly entertaining exploration of the ruins looming above.
He dug in a pocket, pulling out a tattered map and looking at the twisted remains of a street sign and inspecting the map to figure out where their starting point was in relation to the rest of things.

He was also carrying some supplies, plus he was always prepared with the magic and Masamune that were both so much a part of him.
"I wasn't able to locate anyone who was free to go at this point," he continued. "Someone might be available later, but they weren't sure. Do you want to press on ahead anyway?"

"I think we'll be fine enough if we don't go too deep in to the middle of the ruins and don't be too stupid with places with structural damage." he reasoned, "I'm more worried about an office building falling on me than whatever monsters are lurking in the ruins."
no subject
"Heh. Yes, I haven't tried to venture too far into the damaged buildings," he says. "Although I could likely teleport us out if one started to fall on us."

"...so, what's your deal anyway?" He asked after a while, navigating a bit of debris.
no subject
"My deal?" he said vaguely. He walked easily yet carefully over and around the debris.

“I just have … very unique fashion sense. And magic, yes. I was born with fire powers and two of my wings. The other formed from my pride as a hero. Wings can form from strong emotions in my world. I wouldn’t consider myself a Sorceress.”
Absolute deadpan.
“And regardless, destroying reality would be completely pointless.”

"... strong emotion, huh. Any emotion or is there any particular one?" he asked, "Or would having some real bad hunger for like... burritos cause it?"
no subject
An amused smirk. “As far as I’m aware, intense hunger would not cause it. Positive emotions caused mine. Guilt caused someone else’s.”
